🛍️ How to List a Product on SportsMart

Access the Seller Dashboard

🔹 Log in to your SportsMart Seller Account.

🔹 You will be directed to the Seller Dashboard, where you can track your sales, orders, and products.

🔹 Click on the "Products" tab in the navigation bar.

Navigate to “Add Product”

🔹 In the "Products" dropdown menu, click on "Products Listing".

🔹 Then, click the "+ Add Product" button to start adding a new product.

Enter Product Details

🔹 Fill in the Product Details in the provided form.

Mandatory Fields:

• Product Name: Enter the name of your product.
• Product Type: Mention the type (e.g., Sports Gear, Apparel, Accessories).
• Description: Provide a detailed product description, including specifications.

Tip: Write a clear and attractive description to grab customer attention.

Upload Product Images

🔹 Click on "Upload Image" and select high-quality images of your product.

🔹 You can upload up to 10 images.

🔹 Ensure the image size is within 1024x1024 pixels and less than 15MB.

Tip: Upload multiple images showing different angles of the product.

Organize Products into Collections

🔹 Collections help customers find products easily.

🔹 Select relevant collections where your product should be listed.

Add Product Tags & Policies

🔹 Enter relevant tags that help customers find your product.

🔹 Define your product policy (e.g., return, refund policy).

Tip: Use keywords related to your product as tags.

Enter Shipping Details

🔹 Select weight unit (Kilograms, Grams, etc.).

🔹 Enter the exact weight of the product.

🔹 If shipping is required, check the "Requires Shipping" box.

🔹 Choose the Shipping Method.

Tip: Enter the correct weight for accurate shipping costs.

Set Pricing Details

🔹 Enter the Product Price.

🔹 (Optional) Enter a Compare at Price (for discounts).

🔹 Enable the "Charge Taxes on this Product" option.

Tip: Use a competitive price to attract customers.

Add Inventory Details

🔹 Enter a unique SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) for tracking.

🔹 (Optional) Enter the Barcode.

🔹 Enable "Track Inventory" to manage stock levels.

🔹 Enter available product quantity.

Note: If you are using Shiprocket Shipping, SKU is mandatory.

Add Product Variants

🔹 If your product has different sizes, colors, or styles, you can add them as variants.

🔹 Click "Add Variant".

🔹 Enter the Option Name (e.g., Size, Color).

🔹 Enter the Option Value (e.g., Small, Medium, Large).

Tip: You can add up to 100 variants per product.

Submit for Admin Approval

🔹 Once all the details are entered, click "Save Changes".

🔹 The product will be sent to the admin for review.

🔹 The admin will approve or reject the product based on the details.

Note: If the admin approves the product, it will be listed on the site for customers to purchase.

Monitor Product Approval Status

🔹 If approved, the product will be visible in the store.

🔹 If rejected, the admin will provide a reason, and you can update the product details accordingly.

Tip: Keep an eye on your dashboard to track product approval.
